I have been a massage therapist since 2000, working more recently in sports and remedial massage, and am also providing on-site massage therapies for companies.
I began my career as a massage therapist in Selfridges (London) and have over the years worked in many different environments, such as Holmes Place Health Club at Reaqua Spa, Farmacia Urban Healing in Covent Garden and other work places like office environments. I also worked at the Stock Exchange! I found that I had developed many fields of interests in my work.
I have been very privileged to be given the chance to work with clients who have severe learning disabilities, in particular those with cerebral palsy and autism. This work has given me great insights and experience and has led me to work in this field on a permanent basis. I have also spent a few
years working with people with drug problems and qualified last year in auricular acupuncture which is great for helping with addictions.

It can also be used for smoking cessation.
I also qualified in reflexology in 2009, which is a wonderful therapy that works on the feet, the area of the body where the meridians end. It is an old Chinese therapy, which has also been practised in a similar way by ancient Egyptians and Native Americans.
I understand that our lives can be very hectic and stressful. When booking in with me you can be sure to have the best treatment just to yourself.
Regardless of our background, type of work and level of health, I believe we all need a bit of pampering. My sessions are tailored to your needs and circumstances, as no person is ever the same. I believe in keeping my advice simple. For instance, just small changes to how you sit can make a real difference.
