Auricular Acupuncture

Auricular acupuncture (of the ear) is a treatment that has been derived from Traditional Chinese Acupunture, using five points for the nervous system and a mixture of some of the vital organs. These five points can be used altogether or one or two, to help alleviate the cravings for smoking. It is especially good for smoking cessation as it calms down the body and can almost induce sleep like feelings. A series of treatments are recommended and can also be used in group sessions.
